Currently under construction, the Arasan Apartments is a 4-story, 138 unit apartment building on the corner of Marystown Rd and 17th Ave in Shakopee, Minnesota. This building is approximately 205,000 gross square feet and is located on a 3.77-acre lot. Planning for this development began in 2019, and construction will be complete spring of 2022.

Carlson McCain provided the following civil engineering and landscape architecture services:

• Survey services included an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey.
• Prepare tree location and preservation plan.
• Prepare Preliminary Plats.
• Prepare preliminary sanitary sewer, grading, erosion control, and stormwater plans.
• Prepare preliminary landscape plans, including landscape site designs, and plant/material schedules.
• Prepare Final Plat, final engineering plans, and utility plans for city approval.
• Provide project administration services.
