Carlson McCain provided a full-site improvement package for the construction of a Kwik Trip gas station in Centerville, Minnesota. This location will be on Main Street in downtown Centerville and includes a single bay carwash, fuel canopy, and diesel canopy. Construction for this site began in July of 2022.

Our overall scope of professional services included:

• Land surveying services, including; platting, existing conditions survey, ALTA survey, and construction staking.
• Prepare removals plans, site plans, grading, erosion plans, and utility plans.
• Prepare a stormwater pollution prevention plan and stormwater management plan.
• Prepare landscape plans, including landscape site designs and plant/material schedules.

We are excited to partner with Kwik Trip and provide our services as they continue to open new locations throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.
