Anchor View Apartments is a 164,000 sq. ft. apartment complex that will house 128 apartment units in North St. Paul, Minnesota. This project broke ground in 2021 and is still currently under construction.

Carlson McCain provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services throughout the site improvement planning process. Our services included:

• Plan and develop conceptual site plans.
• Prepare site and sign plan.
• Prepare utility plan.
• Prepare grading, drainage, and erosion plan.
• Prepare Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan.
• Prepare landscape plans, including landscape site designs and plant/material schedules.
