Arris Apartments is a future housing development that will be located east of Kenrick Avenue and north of 173rd Street, in Lakeville, MN. It will be home to 197 units and will include 396 parking stalls, all surrounding the building or in the underground parking area.

Professional services provided for the project thus far:

• Surveying services, including Boundary and Topographic survey, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey.
• Planning and developing conceptual site plans.
• Preparing Preliminary Plats.
• Preparing preliminary sanitary sewer, grading, erosion control, and stormwater plans.
• Preparing preliminary landscape plans, including landscape site designs, plant/material schedules, and color renderings.
• Preparing Final Plat, final engineering plans, and utility plans for city approval.
• Construction staking for grading, utilities, sidewalks, curbs, roads, and buildings.
• Preparing grading and utility as-builts for city approval.
• Construction administration services.
