Construction is underway once again for Blaine Square. Blaine Square is a shopping mall in the heart of Blaine, Minnesota. It is located on the corner of Hwy 65 and MN 242 on Ulysses St. An addition of three buildings is planned for this area; building tenants include Chipotle, Popeye, and a bank.

Carlson McCain is currently providing civil engineering and land surveying services to aid in the addition of this existing property. Specific services include:

• Surveying services, including Boundary and Topographic survey, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey.
• Plan and develop conceptual site plans.
• Prepare Preliminary Plats.
• Prepare preliminary sanitary sewer, grading, erosion control, and stormwater plans.
• Prepare preliminary landscape plans, including landscape site designs, plant/material schedules, and color renderings.
• Prepare Final Plat, final engineering plans, and utility plans for city approval.
• Construction staking for grading, utilities, sidewalks, curbs, and roads.
• Provide project management throughout the project.
