Foxtail Meadows is a residential community that is being developed in St. Michael, Minnesota. Located north of 30th St NE and west of Kahl Ave, this development will be home to 115 single-family homes and 88 townhomes with corresponding streets, utilities, a 0.72-acre park, and 3 stormwater ponds.

Professional services included:

• Surveying services, including Boundary and Topographic survey, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey.
• Planning and developing conceptual site plans.
• Preparing Preliminary Plat.
• Preparing preliminary site, grading, erosion control, and stormwater plans.
• Preparing preliminary landscape plans, including landscape site designs, plant/material schedules, and color renderings.
• Preparing Final Plat, and final engineering plans for city approval.

As of April 2021, The Planning and Zoning Commission of St. Michael has approved the preliminary plat and PUD for Foxtail Meadows.
