Carlson McCain was involved from the beginning with the site planning and development of the 60,000 square foot addition to the Fridley Medical campus. As the site planning progressed, Carlson McCain was retained to provide all of the civil engineering, storm water management plans, platting and construction staking.

Carlson McCain also provided environmental services including pre-demolition surveys and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
