MN/DOT Contaminated Materials Contract

Carlson McCain’s master contract for Contaminated Materials Assistance required an immediate response to a wide variety of projects such as:

  • Emergency asbestos oversight removal and coordination of contractors in cases involving illegal dumping, leaking pipes, building material accidents, and maintenance.
  • Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for property transactions.
  • Oversight, sampling, and reporting during the removal of petroleum underground storage tanks, hydraulic lifts, oil/water separators, sand traps, dry wells, absorption pits, or Class V injection wells.
  • Other miscellaneous tasks include responding to dumped or spilled material at Mn/DOT maintenance facilities, State managed rest areas, and along roadways.
