Watermark is a residential development located in the northwest quadrant of Main Street and Hwy 35E in Lino Lakes, Minnesota. Over the past three years, 437 single-family homes and 173 townhomes have been platted, where a percentage of those have been staked and constructed.

From taking the existing cornfields and developing them into neighborhood communities, Carlson McCain has been there every step of the way. We are continuously providing surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architectural services for this project. We developed the conceptual designs, engineered sewer and water utilities, are conducting construction staking, including staking the roads, utilities, and houses, and preparing foundations and grading as-builts for city approval.
